Hello! I’m a registered dietitian, sports nutritionist and media spokesperson based in Columbus, Ohio. My areas of expertise include weight management, sports nutrition, prenatal and family nutrition and nutrition communications.

I counsel clients through my private practice and offer speaking and consultant services. I also do media work, freelance writing and food photography on my blog Best Little Nest.

One of my greatest passions is helping others live happier and healthier lives through better nutrition. I love working with fellow athletes, fellow moms (and moms-to-be!) and anyone looking for guidance with health conditions, mindful eating and/or (re)discovering a positive relationship with food.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me to ask a question, book an appointment or discuss your specific nutritional needs.
